I became a RSPB pin badge volunteer about half a year ago and have loved raising money to give nature a home!
If you are in Wiltshire keep an eye out for my boxes!
The first collectable pin badges were issued over 20 years ago and have proved very popular with collectors of all ages around the world.
Featuring all types of UK flora and fauna, from birds to fungi, each pin badge is designed to promote awareness of the RSPB’s work and raise funds to help us give nature a home.
With more than 250 different badges of birds, animals and plants the RSPB fundraising scheme has helped to raise millions of pounds for wildlife conservation projects around the UK and overseas.
Each pin badge box can raise up to £500 per year from a suggested donation of £1 per badge!
If you would like to buy any pin badges! One, two or bulk – please let me know! You can email me : focus.photograph.y.1305@gmail.com or message me on Instagram : focus.photograph.y
Hey! My name is Izzy Fry, I am a 17 year old aspiring wildlife conservationist living in Wiltshire. During my free time I am always outside looking for wildlife and volunteering my time to local charities and organisations, for example I am a young ambassador for the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, working to engage new members, I take part in surveys and monitoring for the PTES, I am on the committee for my local Natural History Society and I also take part in the BTO bird ringing scheme!
I am currently at school studying Environmental Science, Geography and Biology for A Levels and my plans for after school are to take a gap year and travel the globe to gain new experience and knowledge working in different places before coming back to study wildlife conservation and ecology at uni.
I also love to share my photos and experiences on my social media pages and blogs to inspire and encourage a love for nature and wildlife in more people, especially young people!
